Hi, there are already a lot of threads on the forum where people have shared this. Do a search at the top of the screen. There is a Biggest Loser contest for the forum starting in January, there is a Have you worked out today? thread and if I remember correctly I think there is an April Brides weightloss thread (maybe its August, I can't remember), a thread about P90X (workout dvd's). So, just do a search and you can join in on any of those threads!

I have been on the Dr. bernstein diet for 2 1/2 months and have so far lost 45 pounds. 65 more to go which will be end of March. Happy New Year
