Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred

I don't know how many of you ladies are using this already but I just got it and I am LOVING this DVD! I'm not exactly overweight, I lovingly refer to myself as a skinny fat girl since I don't weigh a lot but I don't have a muscle anywhere so I was trying to find something to tone me up. I was skeptical of it only be being a 20min workout but I was sore immediately after and way sore the next day so I can "feel the burn."

I recommend it to anyone on a tight time schedule but that needs to drop 10-20lbs or just to gain a little muscle tone.cheer2.gif

You will definitely love it! I broke down and got something when I ran from one side of a tennis court to another ONCE and got winded! I'm only 25! I should have much more energy than that. I feel like once I get over this initial soreness, I'll see an improvement in my endurance. :)

Yea you just need a set of hand weights and a mat if you are doing it on a hard floor. I use 2lbs weights and that seems to be just right.

This one has 3, 6 minute circuits that go 3 mins of strength, 2 mins of cardio, 1 min of abs. It'd be good for those days when you are running behind but still want to get something in.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
