Ok I will attempt to answer but I am not sure how much help I will be. I actually bought the folders about 5 months ago at a stationary store that was moving locations so we got a great deal on them, this is what I have found for you...http://www.paper- source.com/cgi-bin/paper/cm/2550.001/envelopes/enclosures/

I got my logo done but Heidi fixed the colors for me as we change from red to magenta. I honestly can't remember the site that made them for me but there are several good ones.

I printed out logo on clear labels and just stuck them to the paper that I got from Micheals in the scrapbooking section.
