Ok I will attempt to answer but I am not sure how much help I will be. I got my logo done but Heidi fixed the colors for me as we change from red to magenta. I honestly can't remember the site that made them for me but there are several good ones.

I printed out logo on clear labels and just stuck them to the paper that I got from Micheals in the scrapbooking section.
