The luminaries I made with vellum paper. Super cheap. The paper was $9 for a pack of 50 . I printed it from my work print an inkjet. The ln rolled it and uses a tape glue The starfish I have not bought yet I'm still waiting for an exact head count of our guest. I will buy them from shellout.com I think .89 or $1a starfish

I've seen a lot of things on pinterest on how to etch things on to glass -- might be a neat variation to what you have here, might not stand out as much though
