Pre-Travel Information to Guests

Thought about the idea of sending out a pre-travel brochure but instead decided to do a welcome brochure and include it in the OOT.  We save on postage this way

Hi all,

 

I did one and just sent it out to my guests with a more formal invitation that outlined details of the actual wedding day. I felt it was super important to send the newsletter since we have so many people coming that have never been to an all inclusive or Mexico in general.

 

I wish I could give full credit to a couple of ladies on this site because I got most of my information from newsletters ladies posted in their planning threads... So, thanks all!!!

 

I am so lucky to have an incredibly talented graphic designer as a SIL and she did both my invites and the newsletter...

Thanks!!  Most of it was done by another bride at my same resort so I got lucky.  Just made it my own and added the passport stamp.

These are great! Thanks for sharing. I'm in that weird in between STD's and Invitations phase but want to send out the travel agent info... trying to decide how best to do that!
