Convertible Dresses

Recommended Posts

I hope so too! I think my little sisters could look really cute in them...the question is if they will like the dresses...they are 18 and pretty particular. I think my older sister will really like it if it fits her well.

My order shipped today and we have about 10 months until the big day, so hopefully they will be able to practice practice practice! :)

Does anyone know of a good website I can provide for them with instructions on the many ways to wear them?

all..i found a cute ruched version of the convertible dress on target.com for less than $40.  my bridal party consists of my three young adult daughters who will each wear the dress 'their way'...i wanted something versatile yet stylish which will flatter each girl's figure and i couldn't be happier with my frugal choice.  happy planning!!!  R~

Many of them offer a tube top top at an additonal cost to put underneath for larger busted ladies. That way you can wear a strapless bra with it. I've chosen this style for my BMs and two of them will need to buy that so they can wear the dress comfortably. I've researched it loads.

Now of course, I just need to see them in it....

Luckily my little sisters are a little taller than me 5'1, and maybe a 100lbs. They DEFINITELY don't have big boobs! My older sister is maybe 5'3, and also slender...she has more of a chest though...HMMMMMM I was thinking is would be almost impossible to wear these dresses with a bra... And to think I almost bought one for myself...I'm about a D cup! YIKES! Haha!

So just came back for my wedding.  Had my BM in the convertible dress by Henkaa.  My mom was kind enough to purchase the dresses for the girls. It was $100 at the time (the have since increased their prices).  I also purchased broaches from fabulousbroach.com (the flowers are covering them in the pics).  My girls loved the idea especially since it was 80 degrees.

Leah - what person on etsy are you ordering them from? I'm also going to get these dresses. Vicky's has them online but as a pencil bottom. Sadly they don't have my color there and I'd rather not have my BMs pay $130. But the ones I saw on etsy, for some reason, were different lengths on everyone. If you've found someone else, please pass it on. Thanks!
