Thanks for the info.  My passport will expire about a year after we get back so I will jsut wait to change my name on it till then, but its still a pain in the butt.

I'm still debating on the name change myself.. if anything, it will be a hyphenated addition of his last name.. but still :/

My passport should still be good til after the wedding, so then I'll have to figure all this name changey stuff out.. and I'm a Canadian bride so will have to go through the whole process...

Canadian here too! Mine expires about a year before the wedding....nothing like paying 2 fees in two years...

my passport expires BEFORE the wedding..so we're going to marry before the actual ceremony and i'll change EVERYTHING (driver's license, passport, car registration, etc.) all at one time...so much paperwork...but i'm sooooooo looking forward to a brand new name!  :-)  R~
