Newbie getting married this aug at excellence Punta Cana

I am getting married Aug 8-16 2009 week at Excellence Punta Cana,

I just booked our vacation and emailed Ana, but still have not heard back from her, but I called resort and she said that she only works on Mondays...

I hope I dont have probelms scheduling a wedding the week we booked!
