YAY I'm glad! I LOVE my dress and the fabric I open the bag and check it out all the time!

 

Christie also bought a dress from Landy (maybe 2 now for ttd) but she ordered a dress w/ lace so if anyone wants a dress w/ lace from landy check out her dress for an idea since mine is farely simple! She's kind of short so the torso area was a little long on hers, but it looks great! Here is a thread w/ her dress

Thanks Jacilynda! I think I may go with the standard sizing, only because I saw that she doesn't accept returns on custom orders.

thats what i did was standard sizing, her measurements on her table are RIGHt on! But now that i've seen and felt her work i highly recommend her and would encourage custom measurements, unless you're really close in measurements to one of her standard sizes

For those of you who ordered online, did you try the dress on in a store first to determine what style you liked, or did you just "go with your gut"?

i tried looking and couldn't find it, but if you want you can email her and see if she can make it! her email is: [email protected] her name is roselyn. they off course are on a different time zone but she usually gets on in a few hours from now!

 

NYC bride- i tried on dresses before and new what i was wanting.landy doesn't have my dress on their site. I emailed her and asked if she could make it and she said ya!

I found the La Sposa Madeira dress I want - she has it up for auction on ebay as well as on her site. I emailed her and she wrote back saying that the dress will be the same as in the picture, but the only differences will be in the lace and appliques used because they can't clearly see the photos. I must admit, at first I was nervous about what the dress was going to look like, but she said it will look like the dress in the picture.

I was REALLY nervous and funny thing she sent the dress and i pulled it out and it didn't have any of the pleating. I was doing everything i could not to freak out and break down in tears!!! then I realized she flipped the dress inside out for shipping!
