Make a photobook of your wedding photos? Discounts?

Recommended Posts

Hi. Has anyone made or plans to make a photo book from their wedding photos? I hope you know what I mean-one of those books-not an album, but one of those books where it has yur pictures and captions....like a "real" book?

I ask b/c before the wedding I kept getting random emails from sites that offered BOGO on the books-and I need a few ( xmas gifts.....) and one for us.

Anyone have any info??

Thanks :)

I iwsh i saved those old emails! Bummer!

There are a bunch of sites that you can get these books off. Shutterfly, Snapfish, MyPublisher, Walmart, Costco etc... They are called digital books I believe and you can search around to see the different prices and styles that you would like. Hope this helps!

I think the site that you're talking about with the BOGO is MyPublisher | Create your own Photo Book with BookMaker and receive a published hardcover book!. If you download their software, they automatically start sending you emails with their specials. The current code that freshislandgirl posted is correct.
I am working on my album now using mypublisher & should be ordering it soon. I hope the end result is as good as it looks online.

You can also check out this thread that has people's experiences using all of the usual sites, Shutterfly, Snapfish & Mypublisher:

The albums from Mypublisher are great, the ones from Mpix, in my opinion, are a little nicer, the colors are more accurate (they color correct if needed), a stronger binding, etc. Just my two cents! Hope it helps!

We used Shutterfly for our Wedding Book and our Honeymoon book. I think we got the HM book for free. I highly recommend it. We have gotten so many compliments and it was so much cheaper than a formal album. I don't think we paid over $100. Once you register with the site, you are usually sent deals via e-mail and in the mail.
