You'd want to go in the morning because it gets so hot there. Took is a good couple hours to get there, but the bus provided food and drink, and played movies both ways. I can't remember exactly how much it cost, so I don't want to quote you a price- but we used the tour set up at the resort- it was so easy. When you first walk into the lobby- hang a left- and there is a little space where they set up the tours for you. It was an awesome day, the most beautiful thing.
Also if you don't want to go all the way to chichen itza- you can catch a cab to the Tulum Ruins, equally beautiful and it's only about a 10 min. drive down the road =) that was only a couple bucks.
Thanks sooo much :) That helps!!! We are soo excited!! Also, did you have a rehersal and if so when was it and do I need to talk to her about that now so i can let my wedding party know, or should I just wait till we get there and have that first meeting:) Thanks girly!

We did not have an actual wedding rehearsal, so I can't help sorry =( I think you can just wait until the first meeting though, they can set everything up for you then.

Hi Cookie, We brought the lanterns with us. I ordered six of them from snedcowholesale.com, they were only about $3 each!

Hi ladies

I'm sure this has been mentioned at some point in the past 400 pages, but I just don't have the time to search :) If I bring paper lanterns for decorations the resort will hang them no problem, right? Do they supply the fishing line to hang them, or should I bring my own?
