Hi Ladies! I finally had some time to log back in and catch up on posts. I'm in the office today, and I forget that I don't have my password saved so I always get logged out!

That is great that Jayson's dad will be able to make it to the wedding. I'm sure he is happy his dad will be there, and it will also take some stress of of you.

Erica-You are on a roll with your wedding planning. I am such a slacker! Want to come to Chicago and finish my DIY projects? Ha ha!

Celina-That is crazy about your TA, hopefully, he will has everything under control.

I know I'm forgetting to comment on a couple of things.

I don't have much of a wedding update for you all. I still haven't done what I've said I was going to try to do. Ha ha! I did, however, get the rest of my OOT bags. Stephanie sent me her extras - THANK YOU!!! BTW-your check is in the mail.

I found out over the weekend that Mike's nephew, who is one of our ring bearers has nothing to wear for the wedding. I bought my brother's outfit because my dad and his wife are incompetent and I knew they would wait until the last minute. They were the last people to book to book their trips! They drive me nuts, but anyway. Mike's nephew is 3, but he is really heavy so they have a hard time finding clothes and shoes that fit him. FSIL's mother lives in Paris and is a costume designer for some theatre over there. She offered to make him an outfit for the wedding. I told FSIL that I was getting my bro khaki pants, and a white short-sleeve button down shirt and he was wearing brown flip flops. Her mom was supposed to be coming for a visit last week and was going to bring the outfit. Well, my FMIL told me that FSIL got into an argument with her because she didn't make the outfit. So now he has nothing to wear! Now, I offered to get his outfit when I was shopping fo rmy brother, but FSIL couldn't give me an answer of what size he wore because she said he has to try everything on, or get it altered. They mainly just put him in t-shirts and elastic shorts or pants in regular boys sizes. Well for his RG gift I bought him a pair of basketball shorts and a polo in boys small and it was too small. You think she would just exchange it for the correct size (I got it at Target), but no she gives it to FMIL to give to me to go exchange it, but doesn't tell me what size. I was so irritated! Who gives back a gift to the giver to return? Anyway, I took it back and just got a merchandise credit card to give to her. I mean I'm not going to pick out the wrong size again just to have her give it back to me to return. So then my FMIL goes and buys material at Wal-Mart to make the kid an outfit. Well, the thing is she doesn't know how to make clothes. She can sew and fix a hem or sew on a button, but making an outfit from scratch is a whole other story. I looked online and I did find a similar shirt to one I got my brother at gap Kids, but I don't know what size will fit him and they only had two sizes to choose from. I found some regular khaki pants, but they are not elastic so I have no idea what size, and whatever I get will definitely have to be shoretened. I don't care if the outfits don't match, but I don't want him walking down the aisle in basketball shorts and a t-shirt either. I don't understand why they couldn't just let me get an outfit, and if he didn't need it we could have returned it. Now we are going to scramble to find something when all the fall/winter clothes are out. What do I do? smile105.gif

Michelle - That rely sucks about he outfit. Hopefully you will be able to get something for him. Do they live close by you? What if you told her to go to Gap Kids and get him to try stuff on? The only other thing I ca think of is to get a couple sizes and return the ones you don't need. It is a bit of a pain, but it may be the best option right now.

I wish I had time to go to the store to see what they have. I only checked online, and the size options were very limited. I would rather her just tell me a size range so I have an idea of what to order. I don't care if I have to send stuff back. I know she is embarrassed that her kid is heavy, but it's not like if she tells me the size it is going to make a difference. I feel bad for the kid because he is so sweet and lovable, he's just big!

Michelle, can you forward her the gap website page with the shirt? Do you trust her just to order it? She's being pretty ridiculous and it's ashame because her not getting an outfit could be upsetting for her son. She needs to stop being a PITA and tell you a size or size range. It cant be that hard he has to have some kind of range.

Yayyy Tara 1 month away baby!
