I haven't been able to post here for a while bc I've been LAZY! I'm getting back on track though. Mon night I ran 3 miles and did arms and last night I did 30 min on a higher level of the step machine. Also, I made another trainer appt so he can yell at me.

Went to the gym last night!!! I'm trying to work out for at least 1 hour 3-4 times per week. So far so good-achieving that goal for a couple of months now.

I did chest, tri's and shoulders with my FI last night. OMG!! He kicks my a$$! I can barely lift my arms today! No cardio - but am doing cardio and legs tonight.
