East Indian wedding planning help needed !

I am so excited about hosting our wedding in Riviera Maya, but need a lot of help!  

 Does anyone know of a wedding planner/event coordinator that has experience with East Indian weddings in Playa del Carmen/Cancun? Is anyone hosting or been to an East Indian traditional wedding here? I need help finding mendhi artists, a priest, planning the sangeet and how to make Indian veg food options possible. 

Is anyone planning to have their wedding at a site other than a hotel?

 I really appreciate all your help, advice, suggestions!

For Indian cuisine options, you can also contact Curry Omm here in Playa del Carmen.  The planners and photographers in the area have been receiving more and more Indian wedding parties!
