the reason why the reviews seem dated is because you are looking in the wrong area. have you tried looking in the review section? here are the reviews for dw.com
I am working with BDW now I really have enjoyed tr process so far. I didn't not mesh with my initial travel agent so I called corporate and was assigned a new one, and I live her she shares my vision. Just note they are not wedding planners they are revel specialists. When viewed in that light they are awesome! But don't expect them to help plan the wedding just guide you to a location that suits your vision of your wedding and support you in allowing access to payments and ease of use for guests in stating travel arrangements.
