Beach Palace Wedding- Colin Cowie Package 2013

Hey guys!

My wedding is confirmed for July 12th, 2012 at the Beach Palace in Cancun. I joined this blog in hopes that I can get some of my questions answered and share thoughts and ideas with other future brides of Beach Palace.

I know the Colin Cowie wedding packages are new, but if anyone has any experience with them for summer 2012 please share your experience!

I was told someone would be contacting me within 30 days of receiving the wedding date confirmation via email, but no one has contacted me yet :( I'll be calling Monday to sort this out, but I'm already a little dissappointed no one has called.

I have booked the Pearl Shimmer package for 4:00 p.m. I think I was do to the ceremony on the beach and the reception on the sky terrace. I am worried about the photography. Are the photographers they provide with the wedding package and "special moments" photography any good?

Also, if you have over 30 guests how much per extra guest is it?

I'm a nervous wreck and my wedding is 11 months away lol.

Please share any advice anyone has!

Thanks,

Nicole

Hi Nicole,

How are those plans going??

We recently had the great pleasure of capturing a beautiful wedding story at the Beach Palace. Our gal totally rocked the Nautical Theme, here are some pictures to help you visualize your day!

Mehgan + Jonathan. 20 guests, Ceremony at the beach + Reception at South Terrace.

Tip: We would strongly recommend you to check if a 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM ceremony is available. This will not only save you and your guests from mid-day heat but will also give you gorgeous end of day light for your sunset portraits :)

Good luck and happy planning!!

Dear Matt,

Thank you for these pictures! They're stunning!! I actually contacted Del Sol photography and they sent me this slideshow. You did an amazing job! My ceremony is at 6:00 p.m. in July 2013. Del Sol Photography gave me that time suggestion. Beach Palace won't do a 5 or 5:30, so I had to go with 6 p.m. Thank you for these photos! If you capture anymore Beach Palace wedding in the coming months, please share :-)
