Bling Out Vases:

$1 for 14-oz. Bag of Rock Glass - http://www.dollartree.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=315855

Add a hot glue gun.

 

Floral Pomanders

$1 Silk Flowers http://www.dollartree.com/floral-decor/floral-arranging/7-Stem-Peony-Bushes-15-/202c204c204p296879/index.pro

$6 Styrofoam balls- http://www.save-on-crafts.com/styrofoamballs.html

$6 Spray paint - Walmart

Dismantle the silk flowers and hot glue to the styrofoam balls then spray paint over them.
