AHR Save the Dates

We are getting married in May in Riviera Maya and having a regular, formal reception back at home on July 6th. Since it is a holiday weekend I want to send out Save the Dates for the AHR. We are inviting a lot more people to the AHR than the Wedding (already sent out save the dates for the wedding!) My question is how should I word the Save the Dates for the AHR? I need it to be short and sweet but I want people to know that it is just a reception. Thanks for the ideas!! :)

I am just sending out invites for the AHR, but I am going to go with wording like this...

_________ and ___________ will become husband and wife at Cayo Levantado on July 18, 2013.

Celebrate in Alberta the vows shared in the Dominican Republic

August 24, 2013.

Hosted by ____________(bride's parents)_________

For more information, visit www.weddingwire.com/brandonandkrysta

Ours is a full reception, I think, but will be a little casual still. Hope this helps give you an idea at least!

Our wording will be like this:

During a beautiful sunset ceremony overlooking the Caribbean Sea

BRIDE

and

GROOM

will exchange marriage vows on October 6th 2012 in St. Thomas USVI

To celebrate this joyous occasion, you are invited to attend a reception to honor the newlyweds.

Saturday, November 3rd 2012

Six thirty in the evening

VENUE

ADDRESS

Hosted by PARENTS OF THE BRIDE

Please RSVP by October 13th 2012

Oops.. just noticed that this is for a Save the date... the wording I gave was for our invites.  For our save the dates, I think we're using something similar to the following:

Bride & Groom are holding a celebratory reception on

November 3 2012

Save the Date!

oh really!! craziness!! the only i hate is always having to correct people and do you remember growing up when everyone had personalized items and you could never get one because they never spelt it the correct way ;)

Actually, there is another bride somewhere on this forum that spells her name the same way too!
