As some of you may have seen an earlier post where I put 5 of my previous fosters (well Roja came in as a foster but we adopted her) for a Calendar for a Boston Terrier Rescue group. Well low and behold, Roja not only made the calendar but they asked to use her photo to help promote sales of the calendar. Check it out.

I' am such a proud mommy. :-)

OMG I AM IN LOVE!!!

I used to work with Boxer Rescue Ontario and I know a number of our members (lotsa foster mama's!) were also fosters for the BT rescue there, and I think may have worked with your rescue along the way. I have to say that boxers take my first place because of their size but BT's are absolutely right up there and I'm trying to convince FI that we should get one from rescue if the situation was right! They are SO CUTE and I absolutely love your pic of Roja!!!

Thank you so much for being a foster mommy as I know the ins and outs and how difficult it can be sometimes. I hope to get back into it one of these days.

We have many people in our rescue group that also volunteer for a boxer rescue, they really do have similar personalities, except Boston's are much smaller. (duh right, lol) We have been with the rescue for over 3 years now and have had many fosters come through our home. It does get hard at times, but in the end it's about the dog and helping the next one. We really do enjoy volunteering with them. :-)
