Strip Club for Bachelor Party?

I am okay with it, I said sure why not. I know my FH hates them though, so I doubt they will go, but sometimes other guys make them feel like they have to go. Besides whenever FH does anything, even when other girls hit on him, he tells me all about it, we are very open and honest that way. I hate strip clubs as well, but if he is going, I will probably go as well, just to even the score

I voted hell no.. I'm not ok with it.. I trust him completely but I'm not ok with him watching other naked girls.. he's not into that anyway but I wouldn't agree if he wanted to go to a place like that..

I voted "Hell No!" too. I don't get the hype, personally. The only man I want to look at is Aaron, and I hope it's the same way with him. He has told me he's not into that kind of stuff. If he decided to go though, I wouldn't get incredibily mad. I guess as long as he comes home to me. But still, why would I approve of him looking at some other nudy chick?

I always thought I would be pretty cool with this. But then my FI told me what really goes on in those places (he has been to many bachelor parties) and I almost passed out. Honestly some of the stuff they do I consider cheating. Maybe I am old fashioned but I think to myself: under any other circumstance if I found my FI with a topless girl in a thong gyrating her hips on his lap, I would kill him. So why should this be any different.

You have a good point, but I think that this is the only time its going to happen, and if I can't trust him, why am I marrying him. I would rather find out something now, before we got married than after I have been screwed around by many asshole men in the past and this is the only man I would allow to go see naked women dancing around, and maybe even on his lap, cause I know he would NEVER do anything. And, I have warned him many many times that if he cheated on me, I would leave him as soon as I found out and take him for all he is worth. I scared him off of cheating. lol

I must be in the minority because I plan on giving him a private bachelor party with him and his partners and I will audition the woman myself. Even thought about putting a bowl of condoms on the table for those who may need them.

 

I look at it this way , He is going to do it whether I know or not. Some businesses actually conduct business in some of these more classy no touch strip clubs. They may go after work with the fellows so I have to trust him.

Ya, I agree with Glenda. It's not about not trusting him though -I trust Aaron and I don't think he's gonna mount some topless chick just because she's giving him a lapdance.. but Glenda said it perfectly. Why would it suddenly be ok under these circumstances to have some other random chick shake her boobs in my fiances face? It wouldn't be ok any other time, so why now?

I TOTALLY agree with both of you. I just never understood this whole tradition.

Catherine you are awesome! I wish I could be so cool about it like you are. Your BF better realize what an awesome GF he has! Jules you make a good point about having to trust your FI. You are absolutely right if I can't trust my FI then I probably shouldn't be marrying him and better I find out now than later. I know I probably sound like a baby but I just don't like it. LOL. Its not so much a trust issue as much as the fact that I don't want my FI's face in some girls bootie. (Hello, did anyone see the strip club scene in Knocked up?) In a way I feel like I am giving my FI permission to cheat on me. I know he's not technically going to be cheating on me, but you know what I mean. I guess what I'm saying is that he will probably end up going to a strip club and I will just have to deal but if I find out anything I will him. LOL.
