What's your first dance song?

We are dancing to "Amazed" by Lonestar

I read about "Dance with Me" by Anthony W Carter here on this website...listened to it...had a bit of a cry...and decided that was the one!!

We're still sorting it out, but right now it's between Into The Mystic (Van Morrison) & The One I Love (David Gray), which has sort of been our song all along. Though I also really love Con te partiro (Andrea Bocelli)

My plan so far is "Look After You" by The Fray... that song gives me knots in my stomach every time I hear it but it's 4.5 minutes long!

We're still deciding, but it will probably be "Forever" by Ben Harper. It's a great song and FI used to play it on his guitar and sing that song to me when we first started dating =) Plus, "so give me your forever, not a day less will do, for you" are such simple, perfect lyrics for a first dance IMO.

Ours was 'You're in my Heart" by Rod Stewart. I love the opening lyrics (since we met in a psyc class)...."i didn't know what day it was when you walked into the room....I said hello un noticed...you said goodbye too soon". Awww....I luv that song!

We finally picked our first dance song!! We will be dancing to I Look to You By Whitney Houston. Its from her new album.
