Playa Fiesta Bride - May 2007

Hi Everyone!

 

Last month I had my wedding at Playa Fiesta in Puerto Vallarta. It was incredible. I highly recommend this hotel for a destination wedding. If anybody is curious about this location, I would be happy to discuss our experience. Also, I have the links to our photos!

Oooh, I love that location! Congrats! If I wasn't doing AI I would totally have my wedding there!!!

Welcome Kat!!! I would love any information you could share! I came across their website and it's exactly the environment I would like. We had originally planned on an AI with Iberostar resorts, but the more I think about it, the more I like the small environment where everyone can interact with each other consistantly.

Btw, I had some communication with them awhile back when we were considering them for our wedding. I may still have the packages and stuff. I'll check... They are super nice tho. We were going to go to PV originally for our vacation and he offered to let us come stay a night there for free to talk with them and even taste the food they had to offer. I believe they only have one wedding a week which is really nice because they completely focus on YOUR wedding!

Also, I've heard the sunsets in PV are gorgeous!

Oh gosh, now you have me looking at this hotel again....

 

Last time I checked, I don't think you could get the National Open Bar included in the room package. That makes a huge difference. If you paid for 2 or 3 dinners and then they paid the extra fee per night to have open bar I think the guests would be very happy that they didn't have to pay for every drink separately!

Can you post the link to your photos? I'd love to see them! Which photographer did you go with? I really like Michelle Turner's work but obviously she's much more expensive...

Would you post some of your pictures, and maybe a review on the forum? I'm sure it'd come in handy for a lot of brides to see and hear in detail how the day went. Plus, we love pictures here. This is your chance to gush abour your wedding day! lol, we want to hear it all from the resort, to the ceremony and reception, to the photographer and on and on! Do tell!!!
