lori, this one is all about portion control, and keeping your metabolism revved up by consuming something at regular intervals (6 times a day if you count the shake at night), and yes, lowering your carbs significantly. this is something that you could theoretically do the rest of your life, unlike the SHD.

I am starting this on Sunday!!! Super excited. I am plateauing and need a boost!

i might have missed it while i was reading through it but does it say how much you are supposed to eat for your snack? also i didn't see what the max carbs your protein shake can be.
