Have you exercised today?

Went to 45-minute "Total Body Pump" at lunch and I am definitely not getting on the scale this week. Have been pigging out for my birthday in the past few days!

Oh, happy bday! Mine is coming up and plan on doing the same thing!

We're on our honeymoon and it's blazing hot outside so I've been doing free cardio workouts on exercisetv.com for about 30 minutes a day just to counteract all the pasta, cheese and gellati I'm scarfing down every day. At least it's something I guess.

I went to yoga yesterday morning and I am going to go today too. I have a cold and am really tired but the yoga actually makes me feel better. It is just hard getting motivated to go....however since I leave for Jamaica in a month I guess I better get my fat motivated!!

Yes! So Happy I found this thread! Hopefully it will keep me motivated.

Did Cardio X from the P90X program this morning and I feel like puking. lol.

went to vegas this past weekend for my bach party and havent felt normal enough to work out since. I think ill start again on monday!

Went for 1.5km swim at lunch break. That's 60 length of the 25m pool. 50 min.

Did swimming for about 1hr and walked 1.5 miles afterwards.. and I am down 12 lbs.. only 40 more to go

Decided I am getting back on track today after a few days of birthday celebration. I have been constantly hungry and eating like a machine after a few hours of wake boarding last Sunday. All I did was getting up on the wake board and stayed up for less than 10 seconds before crashing. Wonder if I got worms from drinking the water in the lake.

Jogged 3.5 miles this morning.
