KarenM, that bcbg dress is my dress! I just wanted to tell you that it's FABULOUS. I happened upon it at my local bcbg store. My dry-eyed sister, who has witnessed the trying on of 20-plus dresses, cried when I came out of the dressing room wearing it. It's beautiful and flowy, classic but kinda hip with that subtle stripe pattern. I hope you love it too :)

I'm so excited to hear that!! I've been into bcbg stores (well the outlets) but never saw it. I love the stripey chiffon. It's supposed to be delivered today. I love it online and really hope I love it in person!


I think there was a little confusion, sspiris -- it's NYCbridetobe who posted the pics of her gorgeous dress & veil, so the veil isn't mine :) Sorry if I hijacked a bit!!frown.gif

This makes me feel so much better. I went dress shopping for the first time yesterday at David's Bridal...I hated how the dresses looked on me. I guess I didn't really know what looked good on me and fits me the best. I'm trying again tomorrow and bringing my mother along.

 

The dress fits you well!
