Any Sun Palace Brides out there?!

HEY! I am getting married at the Sun Palace resort in Cancun this Nov... I would love to talk to anyone who has gotten married there or is currently planning a wedding there!!

I will be planning a wedding there but haven't started yet. You are ahead of me we booked for December.

I am getting married at the Sun Palace in August of this year. We are so excited. I have seen nothing but wonderful reviews from this resort. We are going just my fiancee and I. Private and quiet!

I have only one concern. The wedding is 35 days away and I have not heard anything from the hotel about the wedding. I received a contract from the Miami office that they know about our wedding but I haven't heard anything from the coordinator at the hotel and I am getting a little concerned. Have you talked with anyone there yet or is there someone out there who has talked with someone there?

I had exactly the same thing. I had some questions and Janina Mendoza in Miami forwarded them to the WC at the resort and I haven't heard anything. That was a few weeks ago. I guess i will get in touch with Miami and see what they have to say. I'll let you know if I find out anything.

Janina is my WC too! Hmmm she sent an email to the resort on Tuesday... I haven't heard anything so I emailed her to see when I should expect a response. I'll let you know as well!!

I finally heard back from them yesterday. It looks like everything is good. I am so excited. I have read some reviews from people coming back from there and they all have nothing but great things to say about the resort. Good luck with your planning. I'm getting married at Aventura Spa Palace but I've heard amazing things about Sun Palace. I'd love to check it out while we are down there.

Janina was my WC too before she put me in touch with the one at the resort. She was super helpful and if you write her back and tell her you'd like to start making final decisions and the resort WC hasn't writen back, she'll send you some pictures and information.
