We didn't do an actual ceremony rehearsal. When we had our formal meeting we Sandra she asked me who I wanted to walk down the aisle and in what order (she was taking good notes, of course)! Our order was (with best man standing in the gazebo already):

Groom with his parents
My mother and brother (who carried the rings)
Matron of Honor
Flower Girl
Bride and Father

I guess since we didn't have a big wedding party we didn't feel the need to have an actual rehearsal for the ceremony. Sandra got everyone together and lined them up when we were about to start. She stood by everyone and cued them when it was time for them to start walking. Everyone on the wedding staff wears earpieces connected to a walkie talkie (or some other sort of communication device) so that they can stay in communication with each other from different places...it was actually kind of cool watching them work!

Once you walk down the aisle and you are given away, the officiant asks that you and your FI stand on the other side of the ceremony table so that the ceremony table is between you and your guests (if that makes sense).

In my opinion everything went well for my ceremony without the rehearsal since Sandra was there for every step of the way

Jacy had originally scheduled our rehearsal at 5 p.m. the night before, but when we got to the gazebo, there was a maitre'd there telling us we couldn't have the rehearsal there because a couple was having their private dinner in the gazebo. We all just hung around for a while trying to figure out what to do. When Jacy arrived; she said she wasn't aware that there was a private dinner, but we could do the rehearsal on the beach, which we did. It was fine. The only thing that should have been done, was to have Blake & Erika stand on the opposite side of the table - facing the guests. The officiant stood in front of the table and blocked the view of the bridal party from the whole left side. This probably wouldn't have happened if we'd been able to rehearse in the actual gazebo, where the table is already set up.
