Their prices don't seem too bad.

Thanks! but unfortunately none of those colors match what i picked out.

I'm looking for invitations in red and aqua. Have any of you run into any? I LOVE these but cant seem to find who made them!

Ya!! I have a date twin!! We are also getting married on April 1st! I would have thought everyone would avoid that date, but good to know we are not the only ones. We didn't really care what date we got married on, it just worked out that way due to when we arrived at the resort and legally could get married, (4 days later).

Welcome Adelaide, happy planning!!!

At the bottom of the poste there is a quote button, click it and when the message box pops up, make sure that the text has the words Quote in square brackets at both the front and the back of the quoted text. It should automatically pop up in the messge box when you click qoute.

Hope that helps!

sarah you gave me a mission so i had to try to find something! it looks like the aqua/red invites on this page are very similar:

Mountaincow Monthly (August 2006)

i think etsy also has a lot of vendors that make beautiful invites!! i found this one..

Wedding Invitations-Invitation and RSVP in one in red and aqua with red poppies motif by MichelleBrusegaard on Etsy

and this site has a TON of red and aqua things, but if you scroll down you can see lots of invites specifically!

liza0828 - Red and Aqua Weddings

hope those help you!

Thoughts?
Jersykitten:

What we ended up doing was giving our travel agent a deposit (or a pre-authorized amount on the credit card) of approx $2000 to hold our rooms for 3 weeks. So she contacted the resort and they blocked off a certain number of rooms for me for about 3-4 weeks. So this gave me enough time to finished my save-the-dates and get them sent out, in my save the dates I had a letter from my travel agent that had a blurb of info about the resort, the approximate week that we will be leaving and the prices for different types of rooms that are available at the resort. By the time people recieved the save-the-dates they had about 2 weeks to get their deposit of $200 to hold their rooms. Yes, I did actually have a date that they had to book by and said in the letter that if they do not book by this date, they will not be guarenteed the prices/or placement with the group. People did not book until the last couple days before the deadline. We did get our deposit of the $2000 back and we just ended up putting it ouwards the price of our trip. Well I hope this helps and if you have anymore questions I would be happy to help you out.

Woo hoo! I really thought that everyone would avoid April first as well (but maybe that will work out in our favor anyway?! It would be kind of cool to be the only one getting married at the resort that day wink.gif )
