Bess - so exciting!!!! We had our shower/ everything fiesta on Saturday too!! So much fun!! I still have til the end of the month of July, and am starting to run circles!! Can't wait to get to the point when I can feel set and ready!! Have so much fun and I agree ... Pictures please!!!

For the others waiting for replies, I sent my wedding details sheets to the maya/lindo on Wednesday and got a response back this morning. I know lots of you are working with the del mar/ beach so this may not help, but thought I would let you know I received a response!!

Congrats to all of you; on your showers, and legal days!! We had our legal day on Monday but no one knew...it's our little secret!! We still haven't heard from Reyna!!! I"m trying not to think about it, but it's getting harder and harder everyday!!! I wish everyone nothing but the best and I would love to see pics and hear about all the details!!!!

When I spoke with Reyna she told me that we could stay at any of the resorts and still get married at the Del Mar/Beach. I would email her your question and see what she says. If you it in writing that you are allowed to stay at the Lindo or Maya then it should be no problem. I was concerned about that too so I email her the following. Her answer is below:

2. Just to confirm, if we book a room at the Lindo or the Maya we will still be allowed to get married at the del/mar. We stayed at the Maya in the past and would just like to know if that is an option for us if we choose.

We considered the Grand Palladium and were working with their WC. I found that they took just as long to get back to as Reyna has. It is usually about a week before I receive a response. But, I have only had experience with those 2 resorts. Hope that makes you feel a little better =)
