Hi Girls- I started day 1 off my lifestyle change yesterday and it went well. I ran 2 miles, did 3 shoulder lifts at 15 reps each, and some abs!!! Also stayed under 1200 cals. Weight loss here I come!!

Wow have I been delinquent in posting my progress!

So 5 lbs left to lose, and 30 days to lose it in... I hope it's do-able!

I've been doing something for 5-6 days a week for the last 2 months: circuit training, power yoga or running on the treadmill. I like the diversity!

I'm so excited to fit in my wardrobe again, I plan on keeping this up after the wedding (well, maybe 3-4 days a week instead of 5-6).

I've been doing alright with the gym but not seeing much progress. So I hired a personal trainer and really enjoy what we've been working on together. Having a set routine of things to do (instead of just my usual elliptical or treadmill) makes the gym A LOT more bearable. Except for the fact when I sneeze or laugh my abs hurt and I can't life my arms. prayer1.gif
