Congrats everyone! Keep up the good work. I had a loss this week, but every since I weighed in I have been horrible! Damn free donuts, bagels, and cupcakes at work this week - it's my time of month, so there was no saying no. Oops, I better get back on track!

Thank you everyone I appreciate it. Everyone is doing such a great job. Its a good feeling getting closer each week to your goal. My motivation is when my kids look back on my wedding pics I dont want them to see a mother that was over weight but someone who was glowing on her day.

Ohh, I had a TERRIBLE weekend. I am now going to have to work double duty and hope for no gain this week.

I went to a grad party, block party and 3 year old b-day party and never said no to dessert .. Oh boy!

I did pretty good this weekend but right now I'm eatiing tortilla chips and RC cola!!!!!
