Have you exercised today?

argh...I have totally let my workouts slide for the past year with the move, and wedding and new job and everything I just haven't done anything and I am feeling so gross about myself. I think this post will hold me accountable I am going for a run tonight!! (there I said it and now I have to do it) lol

Went to Step Aerobics today at lunch and had a great workout! I haven't been working out as much because of work and wedding planning. Will do better next week.

Went out for beer and wings instead of exercising! And that after ordering 3 bikinis and 1 monokini from Victoria's Secret! Yikes... Back on track tomorrow :-)

Went to "Total Body Pump" at lunch and that's all I did today.

Needed some cardiovascular exercise really bad and I jogged 4.6 miles tonight.

I did an hour of spin this afternoon and then followed it up with some bicep curls, tricep extensions and ab work. Yeah for me!

Worked out using Jillian Michaels' DVD - ‘Banish Fat Boost Metabolism’ and she really kicked my butt.

Went to TKD class...gotta get back on the cardio wagon. BLECK!
