trying to book in october

Angela, I was running into the same thing. we just finished booking the guests that we were MOST concerned about having them attend and Tammy hustled to get them booked as best as possible. Most aren't able to come as early as they wanted though because Dreams was booked solid. I was seriously stressing when we realized how fast Dreams was booking.

Are you going through a TA?

I just went back through my guest list.. there are only a few people that I wasn't sure if they were coming or not, but all the "important" family members and friends that have said yes, just finished booking.

I feel like I'm nagging people, I sent an email at the end of April that they were booking up fast and just sent another to say they were full for Oct 26th.

I'm not planning on sending my invites until July and don't want people to wait until then to figure out they can't stay at the resort with us. My email in April prompted the last remaining "important people" like Matt's sister and one of my bridesmaids to book, hopefully the same will happen.

Exactly (on the feeling like you're nagging)! We (ok, I did, Sean didn't really care that it may come off as naggging when we sent urging emails) felt like we were spamming our guests before our official invites even went out. We just sent out the official invites today and what I'm concerned about also is there are some more distant family members who don't really check their email so when they get their invites, it'll probably be too late to even book (because of dwindling availability) so really, the invites are a formality but they don't serve their true purpose so feels kinda silly. Oh well... Worst case scenario, anyone remaining who wants to come to our wedding and can't book at Dreams may be able to get a room at the resort down the road and we end up having to pay for their day passes to wedding events. Hopefully that won't even be an issue
