Visiting My Wedding Dress Today

So my wedding dress is being stored at the bridal store. Its in a layaway type thing since they I bought the sample.

This store is about 45 minutes away from where I live. And it just so happens that I have a baby shower that Im going to that is a half mile away from the bridal store.

It will be a month since I found the dress. LOL

Tell me this is normal to want to go visit it.

It's normal. I think in a way it is a reality check. You know make sure it's everything you remembered it to be. I know I went in to look at a dress I want twice just to make sure before I called in the gang (mom and sisters) to approve. And the fitting are so far away!

That's definitely normal! My dress is at my parents house an hour away from me. Sometimes I make plans to go out there just so I can put my dress on!

Very normal! I want to go see my dress too but my dress doesnt arrive until August.

Im going to drive those saleswoman nuts. Ill go in there once a month if I can. LOL

My mom is actually getting her dress at the same bridal shop where I bought mine. When she goes to place the order Im definately going to go with and at least try on the sample dress.

It totally normal Melissa! You are so lucky you didn't have to wait for the dress to come in. If I could go visit my dress everyday I would, haha. Mine isn't in yet though-I have been waiting months-ugh!

Totally normal, I visited the "sample" of mine 3 times so far My actual should arrive in Sept.
