Post pics of your Wedding Cake!

I searched Google and found the same cake Gemini is using (posted on the 1st page)! I just love how "beachy" it looks with all of the seashells and sand (which I assume is brown sugar?). Awesome pics, everyone! Now, I have some thinking to do...

Thanks! We were going to save the top tier for our first anniversary but I'm told it will get yucky and freezer-burnt if it's stuck in the freezer for a year! So we must eat it this week as we leave on the 13th for our wedding! Nothing like stuffing yourself with cake and then trying to get into a wedding dress LOL

Wow. These cakes are amazing! I was hungry...now I am starving! And it is much too late for me to eat anything. (I have a certain dress to fit into in a few months!)

Okay... this is just an inspiration picture, my FI and I will be designing the cake together and he will be creating it, he is a graphic designer by trade but started doing cakes and is great at it!! Anyway, the cake will be something like this, in our colors, orange and green, and instead of the flowers, there will be homemade chocolate and white chocolate seashells. This is for our AHR, I am just getting something simple and basic at the resort.

Here's the photo from the baker -- only ours will be round.

The best part -- the cake is absolutely delicious. We went down for a cake tasting last fall and loved every bite of the small cake she gave us as a sample. Yum....
