random weather question Nov

I realize this is practically impossible to predict, but does anyone know if it's generally windy at night the beginning of Nov? I want to do these candle centerpieces but our reception is in the evening outdoors (the Terrace at Dreams) and I don't know if the wind blowing them out will be an issue.

We went to PV last November and when we were in the beach in the evening yes it was windy.

 

How are you planning on doing the centerpieces? Im sure that if you have the candles in vases that you should be fine.

 

Im sure this is not much help but its difficult to predict with wind.

I was in PV last November from the 5th thru the 10th and I don't remember it being windy. I would suggest using a hurricane type of candle holder if anything just to be on the safe side.

Hello! Generally the terrace at Dreams is pretty well protected from the wind - BUT, with that said, when I design something outside I never design something that doesn't have candles protected by something - unless they are HUGE pillar candles and are burnt down enough that they will mostly hold being lit.

Jamie, I'm doing candle centerpieces too at Dreams, at the terrace. Rebeca at Dreams knows that I want candles, and I think it's going to be fine. I was going to do floating candles, but I figure we can put them in hurricans if it gets windy...

is it warm windy or cold windy at night? our reception is on the beach - do you think the guests need sweaters and coverups?

I don't think a sweater is necessary but a pashmina for the adies will be fine
