awwww! you girls are so sweet! thank you for your thoughts!

I have been just doing to instant oatmeal from Trader Joes - it says, "Heart Healthy Whole Grain, made with Flaxseed and Plant Sterols" in Cranberry blend.

I don't know, it works for me. Sometimes I switch it up and have a high fiber piece of toast with egg, but usually around 10am I always eat again, apple, hard boiled egg. something like that.

I know you said instant oatmeal. But if you have time and want to try something that is more filling with a different texture, get some Steel Cut Oats from the grocery store. It takes about 10 - 12 minutes to cook but it doesn't have the sugar like the packets. Throw in some fresh berries and you got a very healthy breakfast.

When you say oatmeal...do you mean the instant stuff?? Or do you buy it & make it yourself?? I have to do instant, but I don't find it fills me...

Thanks for the tip!! But I like the instant stuff because I usually just buy a box & leave it in my desk at work. I haven't gotten to the point of having brkfst in the morning before I leave for work!!!
