Dreams Cancun - Questions for those married here!

Recommended Posts

I am interested in the daily and nightly activities too. Can you email them to me when you get them? I will PM you my email address. I am trying to schedule our outing and figure out what I am doing about dinner after the wedding. I think we have decided that since we have such a small group it is not worth it to get the package with the dinner.

i just got my stuff together to send my birth certificate for apostille. originally my TA said claudia said original birth certificate was fine, but i don't think claudia understood her. i wrote to claudia asking if we needed the apostille, OR just our original birth certificates, and her answer was "yes, please." it wasn't a yes/no question! so we're getting our apostilles to be safe! also, i had no idea we were supposed to send copies of all our paperwork a month in advance until someone posted about it on here ... when was claudia gonna tell me that, when it was too late?

all you ladies doing symbolic ceremonies have it so good ... i envy you!

lana, congrats! we will all be anxiously looking forward to your review and pics!

as promised, attached is the schedule of daily & nightly activities at dreams. i was wrong, the nighttime stuff was included on the second page of the excel doc (labeled "front" and "back" ... so be sure to check out the "back" page too). just a heads up tho, the concierge said that the schedule is subject to change and may not be the same when we're there. bummer ... kinda kills the purpose of asking for a schedule! also looks like they no longer do casino night.

Oh my goodness- I'm done reading every single post! I'm completely up to date YAYYY! Thanks everyone for your insight. I'm just super confused about photographers- there are so many choose to from and I don't know who to book. Moments That Matter told me they don't even have a 2010 price list, and Cecilia Dumas' prices are constantly increasing. My dad said to use Claudia Rodriguez since her husband is the videographer at the resort but she's pretty pricey. And now I see Martha Roque and Michael Mauras are options as well. Ladies, can you like make a poll of what photographer is the best! Tehe :)

Oh and no one has still answered me about the LED dance floor, how much is it? It cannot possibly be $40 per sq foot thats like thousands of dollars...

I have not asked about the rate for children, but if you find out, please let me know. I have 5 kids coming and would love to know if there is a different rate. Thanks!

You can go to Azucar every single night and get two complimentary drinks...to tell you the truth they barely ever write down how many drinks you have anyways. Its a nice little bar for sure but not many people go there for some reason! blush2.gif
