We just started our new gym membership and I took my first yoga class last night :) Tonight is cardio for me so hopefully I will start to see more results. Gotta get my lazy butt in gear! smile72.gif

Thanks lady! cheesy.gif I was soo pleased! But I went to lots of legs bums and thighs classes, as well as body combat and body attack! Got a wee routine going on now and loving it! Also walking more than you can imagine! Got a pedometer as well, so that should give me targets to aim for!

Went and gave blood today though, so have to miss my favourite body combat class tomorrow sad.gif

I've never done yoga, although done a wee bit of pilates in the classes...I can see how it must work wonders - the pain!!!lol

Have a good week ladies...and see you all next week...i'll probably put it all back on - bet my scales were acting up!lol

I'm here ladies!!! I didn't forget about you, just been insanely busy. I started a new job (for the same company but a different position) so it's been crazy learning new things. I don't have much to say about my weight. I haven't been to WW in a cpl of weeks because, well, I have no excuse! lol My mom and I are going this Friday, for sure! I also started going to the gym again this week, which i forgot how much I loved. I'm really happy to get back into it.

 

I see that lots of things have been going on here in the last few weeks. Beautiful diamonds have been bought, lots of weight has been lost, new WW members. Wow, it's getting hard to keep up! lol Congratulations to everyone, I'm so happy to read all the great things!

 

On a side note, just today, we got our confirmation for our wedding. So we're booked for Jan 6, 2010. WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (had to share the great news)

 

Anyway, that's about all for now. Have a great week everyone. I'll try to write more often! :)

Well looks like we've all been pretty busy! :) I've been hitting the gym since last week and feel great! Unfortunately the scale does not match how good I feel right now and I gained 1.2 this week sad.gif I know I'm on the right track so next week I'm SURE will be a good one! Well, I'm off to go look at my ring to see if it's finished! :) Hope to hear from you guys :)

Hey ladies.. I know I have been MIA, but it was due to work.. but I'm back.. gained 3 lbs.. so I'm really going to hit it extra hard

 

Lisa~ congrats on booking the date.. Im sure you were excited.. I know I was.. I almost cried.. it was like theres no turning back..lol..

 

V~Im sure this week will be better

 

Ms.D~Are you at golds gym.. I love Body combat and body attack.. Im always sore when I leave either class..Im totally pooped and sore

Hi ladies!

 

I just signed up for WW again tonight. I'm a lifetime member but gained some weight in the last year. I have about 8 - 10lbs to lose. I know, not that much but it's the hardest to get off for me.

 

Looking forward to working towards our goals together. :)

I think I can speak for us all in agreement that the last few pounds nearest to your target weight are the hardest to shift - so don't worry!

 

I've lost 17lb since january and have been at a total stand still the past two weeks - gutted! but i'm guessing i'm at that bit where it starts getting really hard to budge the weight...its hard to stick at it when there are no results as well!

 

my ticker says i still have about 11lb to lose, but i don't think i'll want to lose that much...i'll maybe change it after the next 5 or 6 lb is lost....if it ever happens!

 

good luck lady, and remember to check in with your weigh-in results - it really does work coming on here...i dreaded it for the first few weeks incase i didn't lose...but everyone is soo encouraging!

On another note - I'M FREAKIN STUCK AT THIS WEIGHT!!!!!!! Ok, I guess it doesn't help that I haven't been going to meetings and really not watching (I know, bad girl)! At least I can admit my problems! lol It's my 4th week at the gym and I feel great!! I know this is helping, so I'm sticking with it and I actually love it! Eventually I'll start to lose again, if not, I know that my body shape will start to change with all the workouts.

 

That's about all I have for now! I hope that all you ladies are doing amazing!!!!

Well ladies I know I've been MIA lately but I just got over being sick for the past two weeks and have been a bad girl missing my meetings frown.gif I'm finally starting to feel normal and me and my 16 y/o have been going to the gym since this past Tuesday so hopefully weigh in this weekend will not be a total shocker! LOL :)

 

I know what you mean Lisa! Don't worry, we are on the right track to success! :) All of the gym workouts will eventually catch up with us in a good way smile29.gif

Well I finally made it back to a meeting this last Saturday. I wish I had good news but I gained .6 since the last time I went three weeks ago. It could have been worse I guess. Making sure that I post my progress on here helps to keep me accountable. I don't want to have to keep changing my ticker in the wrong direction so I have to do good this week! Unfortunately this week has already gotten off to a rocky start. We went wine tasting in Napa for one of our friend's birthdays this weekend so now I have the rest of the week to try and make up for it. Hopefully I can do it! I have been lazy about tracking my points the past few weeks so this week I have already entered everything from this weekend and today. Wish me luck!
