Decor Idea - Flower Monogram

I have been looking for ways to spice of my reception site, without having to use the resort florist. The prices I was quoted were just INSANE. So I found this flower monogram idea which I plan to use either at the guest table, or the reception gazebo. I already bought all the materials, it's just a matter of getting it done. I am crossing my fingers that it comes out just as nice as the pics I posted below. I will post pics once it's completed.

Here are the materials I am using:

1) Wood craft initials - 16" and 1/4 inch thick is a good size

I have heard of people also using that green craft styrofoam

2) Artificial carnations - purchased from save-on-crafts, they had a sale at the time. You can also purchase the any flowers you like at a craft store.

3) Hot glue gun
