Ok. you ladies have inspired me! Back on the wagon first thing in the morning!! Starting 30 day shred in addition to my treadmill workouts!! Our wedding is at the end of June and I would love to firm up and lose 20 lbs. That is only 4 lbs a month.

 

BTW... If any of you Jillian Michaels fans have nordic trac treadmills, ellipticals or bikes, she now has a series of iFit cards that go in the machine. I have them for the treadmill and really like them.

We just bought a Norditrac and it has a iFit slot where you pop in these discs and the ones I got have around 28 workouts it is changes the program from walking to running, sprinting and changes the incline. My treadmill has speakers so it tells you before it makes the changes so you are prepared for the change in speed or incline. Okay I am on day like 8 of the shred (I have been working out for like 11 days missed 3 total). This workout is NOT getting easier!! Perhaps I need to start doing 2 a days. When did it start getting easier for every? Did you go to level 2 when level 1 was easier or did you just switch it up after a while?

They are little "memory cards" that you stick into a treadmill, elliptical or bike and Jillian's voice comes through the speakers to instruct you/give you tips. The cards have different work-outs of varying intensity and the card controls your speed, incline, etc. They work in Nordic Trac machines.

They're not getting much easier for me either. That's OK. As long as she keeps kicking my butt, I'm happy!
