ROR Make Up

Has anyone had their makeup done at ROR? I'm wondering if I should pay to have my make up done or if I should just do it myself. Thoughts?

I just had my makeup done there. I was happy with what she did, but I don't normally wear any makeup, so I'm probably not your best source of advice. I bought one of the bridal packages that included hair, makeup, manicure and pedicure.

I had my makeup done at the spa as well. My MOH and I did the bridal package which was hair, make-up, manicure and pedicure. I think it was around $160/person at the time. I brought some of my own make up, mascara and mattefying foundation (which i bought specifically for the wedding, i never wear make up!) I was worried about eye germs for the mascara and matching my skin tone for the foundation. Nicole at the spa did a great job with my make up and made it look very natural (except the lipstick which i wiped off!) It stayed in place all day with no melting. It was worth it for me because I'm totally clueless about makeup and it was pretty fun too!

Ya I am clueless when it comes to make up. So if I bring my own they will use it, thats good I bought some for that reason to. The price is not bad.

It was $180 for my makeup, hair, manicure and pedicure. I told her I don't wear any makeup, and she didn't gob a lot on. She said they do all of the brides without a lot of makeup. I'm sure they would use yours if you bring your own.

This isn't the best picture of me, but you can see my face pretty good. The makeup stayed on all day, except for the lipstick. I think this is the first time in my life I have worn lipstick, so I'm sure I wasn't that easy on it.

I've booked the bridal package that includes hair, makeup, mani & pedi. I am planning on bringing my own makeup & have them do mine, I'm not that fantastic at doing eye makeup so will leave it in their capable hands!

At the end of the day its worth it just to feel pampered on your special day....
