Thanks no we just put Name ________ Address_____ Tel___ etc we thought it would be easier for them to fill in since we have a lot of families and couples going so not sure how they wanted them, plus we are trying to get a lot of our DIY projects done and we are still waiting on a lot of rsvps even though the deadline passed lol!

I completely understand. It makes a lot of sense to leave it for them to write their own info; with all the To Do's left, that is one less thing on the list. =) Good luck with everything!
