Top Chef NYC - Season 5 - Chat Thread...

Who else LOVES Top Chef!?! This is my favorite show next to Survivor! Season 5 in NYC started last night - who watched it!?!

I love Top Chef, I missed it last night! Hope they replay it again!

I watched! I watched! I couldn't wait for the new season to start!!! I love almost all of the Bravo shows even though I really dont care for reality TV.

I love this show! I'm excited for the new season, even though I haven't watched yet. I missed last season and it got to the point where it would be too hard to catch up without a marathon.

it was really serious last night - they elminated someone at the 1st quick fire before they even unpacked!

I LOVE Top Chef (and Survivor for that matter!)!!!

I love that it's in NYC and totally think they should do next season in Philly.

I think the biggest surprise on Top Chef was that I actually "know" someone! Ariane is a chef at Culinariane in Montclair NJ which is the town over from where my mother lives so I've eaten there a few times and have seen her around the place. That was pretty cool.

The initial elimination was hardcore. That's definitely gotta suck. I would have bawled.
