Okay sorry about this but I've been trying to figure out forever what OOT stands for and I just can't figure it out. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi everyone! The OOT bags are from a place in Philly called "five and below" . I am not really familiar with the store....We were visiting my husband's parents at the time. But I believe they are all over the northeast, they might even have a website. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

The following items have been sold:

-The "I DO" letters

-The starfish

-The riveter

-The Flip Flops

-The Ring Bearer Shell

and the TTD dress has been spoken for... should be receiving payment soon.
