I think the word you're looking for is Chav. But that doesn't do it justice. This is so much, much, much, much beyond chav. Chav is a sideways baseball cap. This is just holy-f'ing-hell-what-could-you-possibly-be-thinking!

I'm glad you found this thread. we needed someone to explain it. I was thinking they just lived in a trailer.
