Hey ROR brides!

Does anyone have the "daily" and "evening" activites/shows list that is put on by the resort?

Also, does anyone have the time schedule and pricing for the off resort excursions in Ocho Rioshuh.gif?

I am trying to get my brochures made and can not get the resort to email me a list of activites.

THANKS!!!

Jennifer

the evening entertainment starts at 8pm every night. There are random games that take place at the activity pool and in the lobby throughout the day. As for excursions, you don't book those thru the hotel directly. Whichever travel company you have booked your trip thru will have a representative in the lobby everyday and you will book excursions thru them. But here is what i remember:
dunns river- $20
canopy tour- $80
horseback riding- $70
Shopping- $7
there is also swimming with dolphins, Bob Marley tour, botanical gardens, ATVs....

There are several tours you can take that an older crowd would enjoy- fern gully, botanical gardens, Bob Marley (half-day tour up into the mountains, really cool if you like to get off the beaten path). You could also charter a boat ride. There is a dinner cruise on some nights, but it's kinda pricey ($80ish pp)
The falls are definitely NOT for people who are not in shape. You are literally climbing up a slippery waterfall. And you need water shoes, not flip flops.
