For those of you familiar with Cancun

I need to get my photographer a hotel. I am not putting him in the same hotel as me. I have found a few hotels. A few are close to me and one is further away. About how much is it to travel by bus or cab around there?

Traveling by bus is super cheap! They will cost about .60, but they only accept pesos. Taxi's are a few dollars, but it really depends on the distance.

Where are you staying in Cancun..just wondering so that people can suggest a place that is closer. Buses are super cheap there..less than a dollar

LIke others have said, the bus is 6 pesos (approx $0.60).

What other hotels are you looking into?

It's in downtown Cancun. It looks like it is about 10 miles from Dreams... Could be closer.

there are lots of cheap places by dreams. your photographer might not be comfortable riding a bus at night with expensive equipment that far.

there are places that are pretty cheap only a short walk from dreams.
