My DIY Pre Wedding Video to Guests!

I thought I would share my attempt at a DIY video project. Here’s a little background on the idea before you view the video…

I went to a destination wedding a few years ago and my friend (who will be at my DW) did OOT bags. I was trying to think of a different thank you gift for guests because I felt like I should do something other than what she did. Long story short, I decided to send out a pre-cruise care package. I’m going to make a few of the awesome DIY projects I have found here (welcome books and luggage tags) and wrap them up and mail them out to guests about a month before we sail on our cruise.

I was trying to think of a way to let them know we are sending them a thank you gift via mail, mostly so I will know if someone’s gets lost. I came up with the idea of putting together a “thank you†video using Windows Movie Maker. It’s was so much fun to do and pretty easy once you learn the ins and outs of the program. I’m attaching a rough draft version of the video…I have about 4 months left to play with it so I’m sure it will change between now and then! If anyone has questions on how I did it please let me know! I’m totally willing to help out if anyone likes the idea. I’ve never posted a link or attachment before so I hope this works!!!
